By using the services of Magpie Consultants, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

Magpie Consultants provides migration agent and education consultancy services. Umar Ashraf is registered with OMARA (Registration #2619222) and operates under the OMARA Code of Conduct.

Consultations

Initial consultations are provided free of charge. Fees for ongoing services will be clearly communicated before any work commences. All fee agreements will be confirmed in writing.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we provide expert advice and representation, we cannot guarantee visa outcomes as decisions are made by the Department of Home Affairs or relevant tribunal.
